Every year we document the growing cycle. This year wirh a program that allows the use of high resolution tif images we can bring much more detail and, in fact, see things that the naked eye might miss.
The original Lafond Vineyards were first planted in 1972 and with subsequent planting the total acreage now is just under 100 acres.
The main plantings are Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Syrah, in that order, with smaller blocks of Riesling and Grenache.
